Open a new RMA request or return to an existing case. Guest customers can securely access their cases using order reference and order email.
Guest order
Enter the order reference and the email used for the order. You will see existing cases and, when eligible, the option to open a new one.
Eligible ordersRMA requests are available only for orders delivered within 14 days.
Photos and descriptionThe required evidence depends on the selected case type.
Ticket conversationAfter opening a case you can return here, read updates and send requested files.
