OrientalDream.it offers the following shipping methods:
- Amazon Shipping - Delivery time 1 to 3 days (working days), 7 days a week delivery, cost €5.00, free for orders over €59.00
- Express Courier GLS and BRT - Delivery time 1 to 3 days (working days), delivery Monday to Friday, cost €5.00, free for orders over €59.00
- Free shipping for orders over €59.00 (Italy only)
Two delivery attempts are scheduled, the first will occur the day after the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), if the customer is not present, the courier will send an email to schedule the second attempt according to their needs.
The tracking number will be sent by the chosen courier on the day the order is shipped, usually in the late evening; it can also be found in your customer area, in order history.
