Shipping in Italy

The shipping of your order

OrientalDream.it offers the following shipping methods:

Amazon Shipping

• Shipping from 1 to 3 (working days), delivery 7 days a week, cost €5.00 for orders up to €59.00
• Free shipping for orders over €59.00

GLS Express Courier and BRT

• Shipping from 1 to 3 (working days), delivery from monday to friday cost €5.00 for orders up to €59.00
• Free shipping for orders over €59.00.

There are two delivery attempts, the first will take place the day after the order is placed (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded), if the customer is not present, the courier will send an email to schedule the second step according to your needs.

The tracking number will be sent by the chosen courier on the day the order is shipped, usually in the late evening; however, it is possible to find it in your customer area, in the order history.

Additional cost for payment on delivery: + €3.00 (only for BRT and GLS)

Delivery times usually in 24h with the exception of Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and disadvantaged areas wich are served within 48h/72h.

Shipment departure time: Monday to Friday BRT 2.00pm / GLS 3.00pm / Amazon Shipping 6.00pm

Shipping to Europe

Shipments within the European Community are made via GLS with delivery in 1/3 working days (IE, GR, and Eastern Europe up to 7 working days), or with Spring GDS with delivery time 3/7 working days.
